"The room was clean. Check in was easy. The hot tub was nice. The pool water looked a little green so we didn't go in. The breakfast was ok. It was conveniently located to where we wanted to be."

"It was a very nice, well kept property! We commented on clean it smelled even in the elevator. The gal that was in charge of breakfast was very friendly and kept the area very tidy"

"Everything was good other than smelling cigarette smoke outside of our room. This is suppose to to be a smoke free resort. So we were very disappointed with that. I have migraines and the smoke triggered it for me to have a migraine. 😥"

"Clean room as expected, being part of the honors! The biggest disappointment was the hot water. It was like it only had one shower with warm water. The hot water out of the sink was hotter than the shower. My 11-year-old son and wife ended up taking cold showers because there were none! When we checked out, I notified the front desk of the issue, and, being a part of the honors, I was disappointed in the fact that my son and wife had to take cold showers at a HILTON! I expected better! I will be coming back to the Wooster area in the future because my daughter is a student at OSU ATI right across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn! I hope that the issue gets fixed for the next member who stays in room 103! "

"We had an amazing stay at Landoll’s Castle. It’s a beautiful property and the staff was very attentive, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Some of the furniture in our suite was worn or broken, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Poor water pressure on 4th floor. No outlets on one side of bed, pillows were awful, overpriced for accommodation "

"Beds were very stiff. Brown water filled the hot tub. Two people in the room with only one regular coffee to be made in the morning. Ice maker outside room very noisy. Refrigerator in room just as loud as icebox. Walls very thin, adjacent rooms loud. Breakfast was very good"

"Was a cute place in an adorable little town. Only stayed for one night. Rewear the walls aren’t thick so you can hear everything. O could hear an alarm going off between 5/6 am and it drove me crazy being woke up that early and while there was a blind it did not stop the sun from coming through so if the noise don’t wake you up the sun sure will. Still, would stay again, the price was pretty decent "
