"Staff was wonderful! Rooms were clean if you’re wanting a nice view, you might wanna ask for some of the rooms on the second floor are obstructed by the roof but the place is great. Location is amazing."
"Only 1 complimentary water for a room with two people, shower gel/soap dispenser was completely empty and shower door didn’t stay closed… other than that beautiful room and property… best hotel breakfast and nicest staff ever!"
"The hotel and staff were great. The coffeemaker in my room was broken, but I simply went downstairs to the breakfast service instead. Also, on the second day of my stay, I had only lukewarm water, but no hot water. I reported both issues and I am sure these issues have been taken care of."
"The hotel was older. The elevators were not working the first day and we had to take the stairs after waiting. They finally put a sign up. The hallway smells of smoke. The pool needed to be filled and it was out of order. The breakfast was sparse. The staff was polite and nice. The bathroom was old but it was clean and water was hot. It had a view and was close to everything but if I known everything, I would have probably chosen another hotel. Not what I am used to for Quality. "
"We stayed in the Expansion side of the hotel, Beautiful room and very spacious. The staff is amazing, very accommodating. Exceptional Customer Service to guest!! "
