Villa-style condo with pool and beach access - Condo 8

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Cafรฉ on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Cafรฉ. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

This location is incredible. Steps from the beach and if you donโ€™t feel like playing in the sand, thereโ€™s a pool right outside your door. Plenty of outdoor tables and umbrellas to enjoy. Managers and staff were very helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

What a great place for a beach getaway. We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and experiencing the laid back (but congested roads) AMI experience. Everything went very smoothly checking in and checking out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach side holiday!

Great Location

The location of the condo was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and music. It is a little small but it worked for the two of us. Enjoyed the outdoor seating of the complex along with the pool/grilling area.

We knew that the property was still getting repaired from the hurricanes and that many restaurants still weren't open but we were happy to visit and spend a few bucks to help local businesses. The apartment we stayed in didn't have any damage and was great as usual. Can't wait to come back!
