Close to Holmes Beach

Clean with comfortable beds, everything we needed, except an oven. Close to free trolley pickup and shopping. We loved the short walk down to the beautiful beach at the end of our street and watched the sunset every night. Could use a few more hooks in bathroom by shower.

Very clean, very good location, very confortable bed. There is only something that I did not understand, there were little holes on the wooden bedroom ceiling, some of them were covered with pieces of paper by someone else before. Another thing to notice is that you can hear on the bedroom all the steps and noise from the upper apartment. Overall was a very nice place.

Not recommend

Several problems with the unit. Shower leaks through the wall into master bedroom. Stools about to fall apart. Water leak into kitchen when it rains hard. Try to sit out front and all you can smell is gasoline from gas station next door. Sit out back and you have to listen to the sub pump running dumping water into the alley which smells like sulfur. Had problems from day 1. I requested half my money back and didnt even get close to that back.
