Enjoy everything Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach in particular has to offer. From the award winning restaurants, boutique shopping for one of a kind souvenirs, Publix Grocery Store, Walgreens, and an array of island adventures, the free island trolley can take you there in style! This property accommodates 3 cars. Pets under 50lbs. will be considered with an additional $150 pet fee/per pet.Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.
