Changed at ast Moment

I did not get to stay at this property. Four days before our stay, we were told all reservations had been cancelled and we were changed from a 1 bedroom condo to a regular hotel room at a property on St Pete Beach. The person who contacted us was rude and had no empathy for the fact that the reason we chose this property was we needed a separate living room and we wanted to be on Anna Maria Island.
