  • Stay comfortably in this fully equipped cozy-chic Holmes Beach bungalow! The recently fully renovated space features a primary bedroom with a king bed and large walk in closet. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a cozy living room with a sofa queen pull out bed for extra guests. A walk in shower in the primary bath and a tub- shower combo in the guest bath. Bath essentials and hair dryers are also available. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home! Washer and dryer included to make your stay a breeze. Relax on the screened in lanai or take a stroll to the beach! And you are also within walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. This awesome house offers a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to feel right at home.
    There is space to park 2 cars. For those who want to stay active- public tennis courts, basketball court, park with outdoor fitness equipment a boat launch and fishing spot are all just steps away!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mona's property. Having traveled extensively across the US and abroad, Mike and I can confidently say this was easily one of our best tropical experiences yet.The house was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Our absolute favorite feature was the sun room. It was fully netted away from bugs while still giving us a complete outdoor patio experience. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the water, and we really appreciated that it is genuinely pet friendly.Mona is an incredibly gracious and understanding host. We loved our time here so much that we are planning to make returning to this rental an annual tradition. We highly recommend booking this spot!
