This custom-built ground-floor vacation home on 201 69th Street is just steps from the white sandy Gulf beaches and offers a private, luxurious retreat for up to 8 guests. The home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and everything you need for a relaxing island stay. You will have the entire property and outdoor areas completely to yourself. Absolutely no smoking.

After a sunny day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor foot shower and enjoy the heated butterfly-shaped saltwater pool with sun shelf and spa surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Choose between soaking up the Florida sun or relaxing in the shaded patio area even during warm tropical rain showers. The spa is preset to 100°F and heats up within 15–40 minutes depending on outdoor temperature. It can be activated daily between 1 PM and 10 PM to allow proper pool heating and filtration time. Operation cannot be guaranteed during very cold weather or in case of equipment failure. Pool and spa heating are provided as complimentary amenities and do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation in the event of limited operation or downtime.

When the sun sets, enjoy a peaceful evening in the tropical garden. Prepare a fresh seafood dinner on the grill and dine under the illuminated pergola while palm trees sway in the breeze. Challenge a friend to a game of giant outdoor chess or unwind in the hammock with a good book. Surrounded by lush greenery and soft ambient lighting, the backyard offers the perfect setting to relax and reconnect after a day at the beach.

Inside the home, the bright open living, dining, and kitchen area features vaulted ceilings and a modern, gallery-style interior displaying original island photography by the owner. The design is uncluttered and elegant, free of decorative clutter or themed décor. Bedrooms include comfortable beds with quality linens, and bathrooms are conveniently located for easy access. HD OTA and streaming Roku TVs are available in the living room, bedroom, and outdoor pergola.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and pool deck. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided for guest convenience.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Holmes Beach, please respect our neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level, especially around the pool. Due to local regulations, pool equipment automatically turns off at 10 PM. The driveway and pool-equipment areas are monitored by exterior cameras with motion-activated recording for safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.

Air conditioning and smart thermostats maintain a comfortable indoor climate year-round. To ensure reliable performance, temperatures can be set to cool no lower than 70°F in summer and to heat up to 74°F in winter, for general health reasons and as recommended by service technicians.

Preventive pest control is performed regularly by a professional service; however, due to Florida’s warm and humid subtropical climate, occasional insects or small lizards may appear indoors despite best efforts. This is a normal occurrence in this region and does not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.

Due to health issues in the owner’s family, pets, service, or emotional support animals are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of guests. Any pet found in or around the property will result in expedited eviction, forfeiture of all payments, and liability for specialized cleaning and any resulting damages. This policy is not about disliking animals — it exists solely to protect our family’s health. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
