The interior decor in your private Holmes Beach vacation rental is elegant, fresh and bright. These three bedroom, three bathroom townhouses are attractively adorned, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork and polished pine floors with comfortable furniture. Escape to your private deck or balcony; some with views of the Gulf and the stunning Anna Maria Island sunsets.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will please chefs of all skill sets.

This three bedroom suite can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. This is also the only unit at Mainsail Beach Inn with an in-suite elevator.

Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Perfect Getaway for 2 Families

Girls getaway weekend

The 3 bedroom with 3 baths was perfect for our party of 6 women. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was the icing on the cake. Was a life saver getting up to the 2nd and 3rd floors with suitcases. Location is great. Definitely would recommend.

I loved the new changes to the resort... beach attendants, free paddle board and kayak, and shower amenities.I understand the resort is under renovations. I believe this should be explained to guests prior to arrival. I would hate for guests to be disappointed with their experience. There are newly renovated resorts in close proximity to Mainsail. Pool and hot tub are in working order. Rooms are fabulous. Rates are less . Please share your updates with interested parties...I did recommend this resort to a friend, they were disappointed. Pricing did not match expected property condition. I wish you continued success.

We asked a couple of questions and the manager was immediately responsive and so friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. We had an elevator inside the unit which was perfect for one of our guests. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. We had umbrellas, chairs and the pool was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We rented a golf cart and were able to go all over the island. The Waterfront restaurant had excellent food and was 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place

Only issue was there is only one parking space for the unit. They do provide additional parking about one mile away. Doable but a little inconvenient. Except for that one thing it was wonderful.

The townhouse was extremely cozy, well stocked, and immaculately clean, while being nicely maintained. The friendly management, Matthew, John, and Rhoda, made us feel so welcome, and were always available for questions. The beach, pool, and hot tub were only steps away. We also found the balconies great areas to gather outdoors. We could not have stayed at a nicer resort!

Good overall, but not on beach

The pic. of the large building in the listing on the beach is not the building being rented out, it’s a bit deceiving. That is the building in front of the listed building. Also, the elevator was not operational. No heads up was given. This could have been a huge issue as one of the parties was elderly and unable to climb stairs. Luckily that person was unable to join otherwise it would have been a real dilemma that would have ruined the entire vacation. The issue isn’t the broken elevator, things happen, it’s the no communication that is the issue. The property manager advised that the repairman was coming the next morning to fix it, but that never happened the entire stay.

Lovely beach townhome

Beach Vacation

A great family vacation. The condo and location were perfect for us as Grandparents, our Daughter and Son-in-law and their two children (ages 11 and 9). The managers of the property were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys provided. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the complex was all night long.

With that being said, from a critical lense, the facility is aging and showing small signs of wear and tear from carpeting, to wall paint, rotting or rotted trim work, and mold/dirty bathroom grout etc.
