Wonderful home in a great location!

We had so much relaxation time in the hot tub and pool. The restaurants were in walking distance and beaches were close. Thanks for a lovely time.

Perfect spot

This was our second time staying at Royal Palm. The home and backyard are beautiful and the location is perfect. Plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance and gorgeous beach only a few minutes away. Great communication with management.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Royal Palm! The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and helped make our trip more enjoyable while the temperatures were cool. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the beach, several coffee shops and restaurants and my absolute favorite store - Original Sand Dollar! The beds were super comfy and unit was extremely clean. We hope to stay again!!

We loved the Royal Palm!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Palm! Check in was super easy, and the house was stocked with everything we needed for a great week! My kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. We walked to many of the nearby stores and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the keypad on the door, but one phone call and the problem was fixed in minutes. Thank you for an incredible week!

The perfect vacation home!

We had a great stay at The Royal Palm! The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the heated pool, and the hot tub was ideal for mom & dad! Hosts were extremely responsive. Beach, restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again next time we visit AMI!

Child friendly bungalow!

This home is exactly what we wanted for our mother/daughter (plus 2 littles) trip! The one level, easy access, back door security alarm, screened in porch, and the famous kid friendly/adult indulging pool was perfect for our visit. We were so lucky to get in and out before the storm. Anna Maria Island STRONG!!

Perfect getaway

First time on AMI/ Holmes Beach and pleasantly please with our stay at the Royal Palm. We enjoyed everthing and used the pool every day. Sunsets every night, dining at various delicious spots so close by. We will be back.

Amazing!

This is the absolute best, well thought out, super clean rental we have ever stayed at. It absolutely felt like home after a long day on the beach! Close to all the shops/food & beach access which was not crowded at all. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the pool & hot tub. We will always stay here when returning to AMI.

This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we could need. It was an easy walk to the beach. Bait shop, ice cream and souvenir shops all within walking distance. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. We will be returning!

Perfect vacation

Everything is as advertised! Very clean, spacious and beautiful. This was our second time at this property and loved it just as much as our first visit. Very much appreciated the well cared for beach items- have had our share of “ run down” chairs. This is a well maintained property!

Perfect fit for our family

We had a fantastic week on AMI. Would highly recommend Royal Palm. The pool is perfect for the kids and shaded most of the day so it’s the perfect way to cool off after being at the beach. It’s a 6 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to a bunch of other restaurants and shops.

Anniversary Trip

We loved staying at this Holmes Beach property! The villa is nice and updated, with a modern beach feel. The backyard area and lanai are wonderful! We loved the hot tub and pool combination. It was prefect for the two of us! only a short 2 block walk to a public beach entrance and walkable to shops and dining. Also right next to the free island trolley stops. We loved it and are ready to go back!

Perfect place to stay!

This was our first time in Anna Maria Island and the Royal Palm did not disappoint! It was the perfect little beach house with an amazing backyard! We used the pool and hot tub every evening. The location made it so easy to access the beautiful beach everyday and many good dining options (The Feast, Hurricane Hanks, Finn’s Irish pub, to name a few) We enjoyed getting takeout from The Feast (great food) and enjoying evening dinners on the screened in porch! We would absolutely choose to stay at the Royal Palm again!!

October getaway

This house was perfect for 2-4 adults, it was beautifully located too. The pool is very small but we don’t swim laps and the hot tub was great. Management company was very attentive but we really didn’t have too many problems. I would come back again for sure. AMI has beautiful beaches and we walked them every morning. Lots of expensive restaurants , but the kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook.

Perfect!

Lovely home in a very convenient location to the beach, food, and shopping. Sooo clean and well equipped which made everything very easy. Perfect for a couple needing to get away or even a small family vacationing. Can’t think of one detail that wasn’t thought of. House was even more new than pictured. Absolutely loved the privacy of the back yard - we used after the beach and at night. Would definitely recommend and return!!

Sofas were dirty and cushions stained. Had to use spare bed throws to cover them. Pool was also dirty around the walls of it but think the filter was not working properly as the water was cloudy. They came to put in more solution but still cloudy. Fridge ice maker not working and the pati doors could not be locked securely as despite being locked they would open by just a pull. Bedrooms, bathrooms, dining area and kitchen were spotlessly clean. Would have given a five star rating but for the sofas and cushions.

Family trip 2025

We have stayed at this property 3 years in a row and have been very satisfied each time. My only negative comment is that the floors didn’t seem as clean. After a shower and then walking around the house (not outside) the bottoms of our feet were black. Also, under the loveseat it was very dusty and dirty. Would suggest the cleaners move the furniture periodically to get those hidden spots. From a cosmetic standpoint, the area rug in the living room needs an update-looking worn. However, we do love this property and find that overall it is well kept, convenient and has all we need for a wonderful stay. We even chose the week to visit around the availability of this property. Without hesitation I would recommend this property to others.

The best vacation rental we have EVER stayed at

We usually use a different site but found the Royal Palm on VRBO and had to book it. This was a birthday trip, and we were there for a week. It is the PERFECT rental on Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach. We did NOT want to leave and will certainly be back. This place is super clean, has a beautiful beachy theme and granite counters throughout, and an amazing backyard with spa hot tub with colored led lights and heated pool we used every night. Photos of listing are a great depiction of the property but it’s even better in person. Also has an outdoor shower which was perfect pre/post pool and beach. Kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking needs as well as propane BBQ grill outside. It’s walking distance to a quiet residential beach entrance which is amazing for sunset beach walks. Some cute gift shops and great restaurants are walking distance (The Ugly Grouper and Raders Reef gift shop). If you are deciding between places to stay on AMI - this is it!!

This beach house was absolutely perfect! Very close walk to the beach and also walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. We loved the hot tub/pool and used the beautiful lanai every day. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Perfect getaway stay!
