Newly remodeled! Experience Anna Maria Island like a local in this very large charming single level home. Just a short distance to the beach, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this brilliant property offers a large brand new kitchen, cozy living room, 3 large bedrooms, and an extra sofa sofa bed for additional guests. With WiFi, washing machine, and AC provided, guests can enjoy a soothing stay just a short distance from the beach. The house has an extra large pool and one of the largest outside spaces; unique to Anna Maria. Privacy all around! We look forward to welcoming you to our Anna Maria Island private home. - joe

This property was amazing. Spacious, Clean and everything was there to enjoy for the pool and beach. Joe was great to deal with. Easy check in and quick to respond to our requests. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.
