Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Buena Vista is a 4 bedroom luxury condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The open and spacious living room is the perfect gathering place to relax with family and friends. Impress your guests with a meal cooked in the gourmet kitchen; with a sub zero fridge, double ovens, wine fridge, and magnificent center island.

Each of the four bedrooms is furnished with a king sized bed and is decorated in neutral tones. Linens are crisp and fresh and provided by our professional linen service. Each bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan and an abundance of natural light. Two of the bedrooms enjoy a private en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hall between the bedrooms. A full sized washer and dryer are in the laundry room.

Step outside onto your own private balcony oasis. The oversized balcony is accessed by double sliding doors in the living and boasts comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table to enjoy your meals al fresco. Take in an unforgettable Anna Maria Sunset as you relax each evening. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching sea birds catch their breakfast. You may even see a dolphin or two!

The condo is on the second level of the Buena Vista and sits above the gorgeous sparkling pool. The pool deck area includes patio tables, loungers and a BBQ grill for your use.

Beach access is available from the pool area, steps away. Garage parking is available for one vehicle with additional parking for a guest vehicle outside in a numbered spot.

Buena Vista is nestled into Anna Maria Island's city of Holmes Beach, close to restaurants and shopping and trolley stops, where you can hop on the free island trolley to explore the rest of the island.

Perfect beach vacation

You could not have picked a better place for a beach family vacation. Such a beautiful stretch of beach, and the pool and hot tub were perfect accompaniment. We would not want to stay anywhere else on Anna Maria Island.

INCREDIBLE condo + views

My husband I had the most INCREDIBLE stay at Buena Vista #2. The condo was impeccable, amenities were great, and the view was BREATHTAKING! We were right on the beach with the pool right below, making our walk to the beach or pool so short. We are already planning our next visit to AMI and will absolutely be staying at Buena Vista #2 again!

Perfect location for beach access and great pool. Large Kitchen, Family room and bedrooms with large comfortable beds.Large enough space to be very comfortable for kids and adults. Large dining area so everyone could sit and relax for meals and play games together later.

This property is in a perfect location with beautiful sunset views and everything you need for a lovely beach stay. We loved the pool on site, hot tub, and ping pong table. There is a new artificial putting green. The beach chairs were a great touch. I especially loved looking out each morning at the expansive beach view and watching dolphins swim in the ocean. We rarely stay at the same property twice, but I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing week in AMI! Beautiful oceanfront condo steps from the beach. Close to city tennis courts, pickleball and free trolley stop. 2nd floor deck was perfect for watching sunsets and dolphins swimming by.

Family Vacay

Our family has been staying at Anna Maria since before I was born - this was our first time staying here and it was STUNNING. The open living/dining/kitchen with the beach views and porch cannot be beat. Convenience to the beach/pool with a little one was great. Was told we’d be notified day of if we could check in early/cleaners were done but weren’t (door just automatically accepted code at check in time) - would’ve rather just been told no 😊 but would’ve appreciated getting in just 30 minutes early with a little one. The beds could do great with a topper and pillows probably need replacing but will definitely be booking here again. Absolutely beautiful.

Dream Spot at the Beach

This was our 2nd time to AMI and we really wanted to try a place on the gulf to get a dose of those sunset views, and OH WOW did we get sunset views! While the property sits within a 4 unit building, we were amazed by how isolated and private it felt. The unit is laid out really well and feels like a stand alone home with gorgeous beach views when you are inside. We did not hear anything from the neighbors and had children above and to the side of us. The unit was clean, gorgeous and modern....and I'm a picky gal. Location is perfect as you can walk into town to get coffee or easily golf cart your way to the north of the island or back down to Ugly Grouper. The absolute highlight of our stay was the access we had to the beach. Literally just steps away and the unit has it's own chairs, umbrellas and cart to make that even easier if you have a big family with kids. Another perk was the pool and hot tub....pool was warm even on the cooler days as we were still early February. My absolute favorite part was the balcony seating, even on cooler days at the beach we could still sit on the lounge chairs and soak up the rays and it was an absolute delight to stay out on our balcony each day for sunset. Our only recommendation is that it's probably time to change mattresses....while it didn't impact our stay in any major way, they are in need of an update. Overall 10 out of 10 and we tried to return for next year but it is already booked. Lock it in now!!

Property management was helpful but we did have multiple problems while we were there. AC not working, pool heater not running and personal garages not accessible. 2/3 we’re fixed after calling but I believe they should notice these things prior. Location is amazing and the unit was great. We will be going back!

You can't ask for a better location than this condo! It's right on the beach with a short walk to amazing local restaurants and fun activities. The place is so clean and well-designed. Beautiful, updated condo in a wonderful location and with a bird's eye view of the beach. In addition to you being able to walk to the beach in 50 steps, we also enjoyed the on-site pool. All of the accommodations were first class – the condo itself is very spacious and inviting, and it was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would recommend this to any family or a couple traveling to AMI.

My family and I stayed at Buena Vista #2 11/15/2022 through 11/20/2022 and had the most relaxing experience! We have been to Anna Maria Island many times and always rent property, this is BY FAR the best property we have stayed at! Everything inside the condo is brand new and so clean. Breathtaking view where you can hear the ocean waves from the balcony and the sunsets are incredible! The condo location is also ideal as it is in the heart of AMI and an easy bike ride or walk to the local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend Buena Vista #2 to families, friends, and anyone looking for a beach getaway. We have already booked our next stay at Buena Vista #2 and cannot wait to return!

Amazing home! Upon entry your first view is of the Gulf and the condo continues to impress from there. Condo was perfect for family vacation loads of space and amenities.

We really enjoyed this beautiful place in the beach! Plenty of parking for our family of 6. The pool and spa were clean and private. The residence was very clean and a beautiful place. Close to many restaurants. The beach was perfect!
