For a change of pace, stroll over to Palm Drive and catch the free trolley into the heart of Holmes Beach for shopping and restaurants, or up to Bean Point, one of the best beaches for romantic walks and breathtaking sunsets. This rental comes with driveway parking, so you can easily leave your car behind when you explore.



    This airy vacation rental features crisp modern decor and all the amenities you need for a great stay, including free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and four flatscreen TVs. Enjoy home-cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up the outdoor grill and dine al fresco on the patio.     Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.

    We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

    This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests.

Very Good Home

House was extremely clean. Great location and the neighborhood was quiet. Pool area is very nice and the view with the pond is also very pretty. We would stay here again.

Nice Place!

This place was great. Clean, close to beach, large pool. We would stay here again! We had our 3 kids with us, 5,3 & 10 months. Would be nice if they offered a crib for infants with rental, but we were able to rent elsewhere. Pool was fantastic, warm even on the cold days. Kids were swimming in the pool by 8 AM almost every day!

Moms Getaway

Had a great week here. Location is great. There isn’t a wagon for the beach, but we used our golf cart to get to the beach. It is a duplex, and we weren’t aware of that before booking. Would definitely stay here again.

This was perfect.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. I was nervous that I wouldn’t feel safe with the pond in the backyard and kids playing in the pool but it was awesome. Our son fished from the dock, we all four played in the pool and we walked to the beach every day. The house was bright and clean and there was a bedroom for everyone. Check in and out was super easy and the living spaces in the house were perfect for hanging out as a family. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

Perfect proximity to the beach

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops but also loved the quietness of the location. The home was perfect for a family of 6, as well. We wished there had been an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach but made good use of the water hose to rinse off before taking a dip in the pool.

It was a great stay! It’s so close to the beach that we could easily get there in time for the sunsets. The unit was very clean and different from other’s reviews, the on-island support was fantastic. Very quick to respond about the pool or bringing extra propane for the grill. The pool was great and got a ton of afternoon sun. Having the pond behind was nice. We’ve been coming to Anna Maria for 20 years and always found items that weren’t on the amenities list. Things like coffee filters, or maybe salt and pepper, likely from previous guests. This was the first time we had to buy extra garbage bags, filters, TP. Wish for a couple more pool noodles but if that’s all we need to worry about, that’s ok.
