Look no further, this is the place for you.

The Lighthouse in Holmes Beach is a large comfortable interesting home with everything you may need for your vacation. The beds were excellent! It was a very easy walk to the beach and there was also parking available there if you prefer to drive. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with and we would happily rent here again. No need to look further, this is the place!

Really Great Place!!

We really enjoyed our week on the island and in this great vacation home! The Lighthouse was clean and comfortable! Even though it is located on one of the main streets, the landscaping and foliage makes it seem quite cozy. The owners were very thoughtful and made the stay very special.

Wonderful accommodation - a true home from home.

The Lighthouse is an absolutely fantastic property; and truly gives a home from home experience. It is beautifully finished and the interior is very quirky and fun. The beach is very close although the pool area at the house meant we rarely left!

Great property, great amenities

Great House, very well equipped - only a short walk to the beach, with a neat pool to cool off in the afternoon sun. Thinking of Anna Maria Island then the lighthouse would be a first class base

Wow factor property

Incredible interior but felt very homely. Property had everything we needed, pool was small however didn't bother kids as beach so close. Owner was charming and very helpful.

Wonderful & Unique

Our family adored this home. We all enjoyed the spacious decking and tower view. The kids loved the pool and the location was nice, just a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend experiencing Anna Maria from this home.

Simply the best stay you can imagine!

We'd watched The Lighthouse being built and stayed in the owners rentals before and loved them so we were thrilled to be one of the first to get the chance to stay here. It's fabulous, like being in a movie and on the trolley route when you don't fancy driving. Can't recommend this highly enough , and great value too.

The light house was great for our vacation

The light house was a great spot for our family vacation. The kids loved the lighthouse and mom and dad loved the quality finishes and amenities. Not your typical stark rental. The place has a ton of personality and was extremely comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool and the walk to the beach was not too far. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely consider renting this property again.

Fun and Kitschy Property!

The Lighthouse is fun and kitschy with model boats and JFK memorabilia throughout, my 3 year old son loved it and the small heated pool. It was equipped with everything needed. Overall, we did enjoy our time.

Perfect for our needs

Lots of space, very clean, perfect vacation home!

The Lighthouse was so much fun for our family! There was plenty of space for our 4 girls. Valerie and her husband were so helpful and accommodating. Having the beach toys and supplies were very helpful! The home was also in a great location...not too far from Pine St or Manatee Beach! Can't wait to visit AMI once again!!

What an amazing place to make memories with our kids!!

This beautiful lighthouse property was perfect in every way. We really, really enjoyed all the decor, not a detail was missed! The home is very clean and this was such a very well kept property, great location. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. It was such a convenient bonus to have the beach carts, chairs and toys. It was very, very pleasant to work with the owner. We will definitely be back to Anna Maria Island and would absolutely stay at any of her properties again!!

A perfect vacation rental

We had a wonderful time at the Lighthouse. It was perfect for our family and our boys loved the fun of staying in a light house. Having our own pool was great when we wanted some relaxing time off the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunset views from the look out at the top. The house had everything we needed including beach gear and kitchen items. Valerie was wonderful to work with; very responsive to anything we needed. We loved our stay at the Lighthouse and hope to return again!

Wonderful place to see

Stayed at the lighthouse and what a house! It was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay.The pool was such a welcome in the evenings. Loved the decor and the spiral staircase. Everything you basically need was provided, even the beach chairs! Close to the Trolley and some great eating establishments. We even got to go see the manatees and video taped them, it was awesome! Thank you so much Valerie for allowing us to enjoy your home! We hope to visit again and would love to spend our time at the lighthouse!

Fabulous

We spent a week on AMI. My daughter son-in law and two grandchildren loved our stay at the Lighthouse. We were close to the beach and restaurants. Donuts made to order in the morning were a real treat. The house was beautiful and very unique. Everything was top notch! We enjoyed grilling while the kids splashed in the pool. I loved walking out on the balcony at the top of the tower and feeling the breeze from the Gulf. I would definitely recommend staying here !

Quaint and unique home within walking distance from everything. Loved it!

If you want a unique home stay, this is it. Touches of 60’s, American decor has a small but very nice pool, all of the amenities, beach items including towels, chairs etc to make your travel light. Everything is within walking distance but the free Trolley runs consistently. We didn’t even need to take it because we walked all of the time. We loved the beaches, Slim’s for dinner along with The Wicked Cantina. Traffic does get backed up coming on and off the island so plan accordingly. GREAT time!

Unique Property on Anna Maria Island

We recently returned from 2 weeks at the Lighthouse property. It was a lovely house situated in a central location on Anna Maria Island. The property was clean and well-maintained. The finishing touches were unique and of a high standard. Valerie, the owner, was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We enjoyed all the restaurants that we tried on the island especially being able to walk to some of them. The beach was a short walk away which I miss now that we are home. We will definitely be returning next year.

One-of-a-kind property on AMI!

The Lighthouse is a fabulous, one-of-a-kind property on AMI. It is meticulously decorated with nautical and American memorabilia from top to bottom, and on the outside as well. From the furniture to the pictures, from the architecture to the models and knickknacks, no detail is too small. The house is spacious, well laid out, and has a lighthouse tower deck with wonderful views. Plenty of pool gear, plenty of dishes and kitchen space, ample rooms for working, dining watching movies, etc. It is a comfy home away from home, and The owners are terrific.

The lovely lighthouse, a superb holiday home

We have just got back from a 2 week holiday and we loved every minute of our stay at The Lighthouse. From the moment we arrived we were blown away. The size, space and layout is perfect and no expense spared on furniture and fittings. The lighthouse is really well equipped with everything one needs for a perfect vacation. The beach strollers and chairs were excellent, making our daily walk to the beach, just 7 minutes away, effortless. Valerie was a delight to deal with, very responsive to queries prior to our arrival and on hand during our stay with great suggestions of things to see and do and restaurants to visit. We would highly recommend The Lighthouse and will definitely be back.

An outstanding property, will definitely return.

This is a stunning and unique property to be enjoyed at leisure. The breath-taking view from the top of the lighthouse is a pleasure to be shared with family and friends. The layout of the property demonstrates a keen understanding of the use space as the rooms are generous in size with all needs and wants catered for . The facilities and decor are finished to a very high standard but are still relaxed enough to feel homely. The location was ideal to easily access beach and restaurants nearby. The owner was very knowledgable of where to eat, shop and visit which was extremely helpful for our short stay. I would strongly recommend this property and will definitely be back. We feel honoured to have shared Anna Maria Island whilst staying at the wonderful, memorable Lighthouse.
