A dedicated game room features arcade classics, ping-pong, skee-ball, and basketball shootouts, making it a favorite hangout for kids and adults alike. Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 12 guests - and additional options to accommodate larger groups - the villa offers flexibility and privacy. Two king suites, each with en-suite baths, provide hotel-style comfort and direct poolside access.

The highlight is the Private Poolside Suite, attached to the main home with its own entrance just steps from the pool patio. Inside, you’ll find a king bedroom with en-suite bath, a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, and the option to add up to two rollaway twin beds upon request. This setup makes it ideal for families traveling together, grandparents, or anyone who values a bit of extra space and privacy.

Two additional queen bedrooms ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest. Plush linens, blackout shades, and thoughtful details like bedside charging stations add to the restful experience. Optional air mattresses and a Pack ’n Play are also available for families with little ones & baby monitor (on request).

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee bar, and all the cookware you might need.
