The Old Kirk and Manse, Hollymount

  • Built in 1856, this beautiful space retains so much of it's original character. It's like stepping back in time with it's stunning interiors but with all mod cons, of course. Situated in the peaceful village of Hollymount, there is a local convenience store, fuel shop and country pubs right on your doorstep. A 5 minute drive from private forest and river walks, Ballinrobe golf course, 20 minutes to the gorgeous must see Cong village and all just a 35 minute drive from Ireland West airport.

This house is gorgeous. We were blown away from all the details. We had a wonderful time getting to bond as a family and be away from all the noise. We would definitely stay again and can't recommend it enough. Communication was great and Shane was awesome.

This place was just perfect for our extended family group of 12! We were able to put two kids in each of the two bedrooms with double beds, and then all of the adults had beautiful ensuite rooms. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the beautiful dining room, and the cozy sitting rooms. And the decor was lovely and quirky! Altogether this was a wonderful place to stay, and we were also able to do our laundry while we were here, which was a big plus since this is about the middle of our vacation. Holymount is also a great little town, with a delicious pub to even a coffee trailer with excellent cappuccinos, And it was a fairly quick drive down to Galway as well as out to National Parks and other sites. Only 8 minutes to a big grocery store too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
