From this distance the farm building looks fine, but in fact the sea will remove the clay cliff in the fullness of time. The lighthouse and church in Withernsea are visible. The ability of the elements to take huge bites is clear from the photograph. Very comfortable stay. The room and bed were excellent. It is an ideal place for an overnight or business trip. There is no restaurant in the hotel but the bar is ok. There are local restaurants and pub close by. A decent buffet breakfast is supplied.

Damp smell throughout, furniture and furnishing were very cheap and aged. Disappointed with the quality versus what was advertised. Very small shower/barhroom, squeezed in. Not a premium or executive stay, very basic flat. For the cost, a hotel room would be a better option.
