A great beach house!

The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything you would need for a great beach vacation. Location right on the beach, and located to easy walking distance to the pier, shops, and dining. And the hot tub was fantastic. We will stay again.

Great view and beach access! The owner was an excellent communicator. We loved the proximity to restraunts and coffee shops. We enjoyed the porch, the hot tub and all of the toys they had there. We also appreciated the pay it forward program the owner had organized, it helped prevent us from having to purchase things such as salt, pepper, body wash etc!

Lovely Getaway

Not our first visit to the Zen Escape, its beautiful ocean view and welcoming interior is just part of the reason we came back. Our family had a “Coastal Christmas” this year. Would highly recommend this property.

Breathtaking views!

We loved our stay at the Zen escape. The views were extraordinary and we were so close to the beach it was like a picture postcard. Communication with the owner and manager were outstanding we will definitely be back!

Great location

This home was in a quiet area and in between public access points so the beach area was not too crowded! The upstairs area was a nice size and beds were comfortable with ample drawer space. The view is incredible!

Perfect Getaway

My family of four spent our Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. We were able to cook because all of the kitchen gear was there. We enjoyed the spa and card games they had on hand. Check in and communication was easy and responsive.

This is our second time at Zen Escape and our week was wonderful! We love that the home is within walking distance to several places, is stocked full of everything you need and is clean. Of course, the view is the best part of this place! We’ve stayed at several rentals at Topsail, this is one by far is the best. We hope to be back soon.

Just Gorgeous

We stayed in February and can only express congrats to the owners who have gone above and beyond. (The hot tub was wonderful.) The view cannot be beat, the furniture is top notch and has a designer's touch, comfy beds, luxurious towels & sheets. Love the "pay-it-forward" - nice to have kitchen spices, foil wrap, etc already supplied. Loved it so much, we've already re-booked for another little slice of paradise!

Love!

This rental feels like visiting a close friends house and makes you feel right at home. My entire family loves the location, the beach access, the view from the porch of the sunrise and moon! This was our second stay and now my kids want to move to Surf City, but they will have to settle for another stay at the Zen Escape in the future.

Well appointed beach spot

Cute, well appointed beach cabin. We enjoyed the thoughtful leave behind policy for the next guest as I always feel bad throwing away an almost full container of ketchup, etc. Location and view from living room was fabulous.

Never Disappointed!

My husband and I always look forward to our annual stay at Zen Escape and have never been disappointed! Beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is well stocked. The new and extra touches are perfect. Take a second to check out the shutters with the NC silhouette. The location is ideal. Nothing beats entering an extremely clean rental and seeing the ocean immediately! Though the weather was uncooperative, our stay at Zen Escape was 5 stars!

Zen escape

We had a nice time relaxing,fishing and exploring the island . The shops in town were fun to see.It was nice to have fresh seafood available for cooking wonderful dinners. We would like to come back again explore more of the island.

Great getaway

We needed an offseason beach trip and this property offered it all. Minutes from restaurants and awesome beach views throughout the house. The downstairs set up is great for entertainment. We’ll be back!

This property is a diamond! Beautiful, equipped with all the higher end amenities, so well kept and clean and convenient to many small restaurants and small community businesses. Perfect place to escape to relax and chill out. The ocean views CANNOT be beat.

The Best Beach Stay Ever

We just love this house and location and knew last year that we would be coming again! The views, layout, and access to the beach are perfect. Location has low traffic on beach and street which makes it especially nice for strolling or hanging. Everything was provided for and all we had to do was relax and enjoy! The owner truly has considered every detail with design and functionality to capture the ultimate beach experience. The house was immaculate and has plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen supplies and more. The property manager, Christine, is great and always responds quickly with questions or needs (she gets 5 stars too)! The owner and property manager both strive to provide the best guest experience possible and is why we will be back a third year...and longer stay!
