Notes on Pets and Parking:

* No pets or animals allowed for guests
* Parking for up to 6 vehicles. Please inquire if additional parking spaces are required for your group. Boat trailer can be parked on the lawn if needed.
* *The boat launch adjacent to the home is NOT for guest use. Surf City's Soundside Park off of Roland Ave. is the most convenient boat launch where you can navigate to the home via the Intracoastal waterway/canals. Navigation specifics available upon request for those traveling with a boat.

Early check-ins/Late check-outs:Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability. If you're interested, feel free to reach out, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible for your dates.
