Great Location and value

In my opinion the pictures and description are accurate and what you see is what you get. It was a good value and a great location. You can walk to the South side restaurants and the skate rink in about 15 min. It has a great little porch that we used a lot. The biggest thing to know is that the kitchen is not very well equipped and you might want to bring your own knives, serving bowls, spatulas, and extra kitchen towels. If you have small children that you plan to put in the bunk beds, you should know that the top bunk does not have a guard rail. Also, the back bedroom (2 double beds) and the room with the bunk beds have a bifold door that separates them, but there is no lock and the door doesn't stay shut, so don't expect privacy between those two rooms.

Cute place. Older property that needs a few improvements. The baseboards are dirty. Walls between property need insulation. You can literally hear a normal conversation sitting in the bedroom and living room from the neighbors . There was a very unhappy toddler the first 3 nights we were there. If the child was awake it was crying and it was awake ALOT. Property came with linens and sheets but no kitchen towels or dish cloths. There’s is nowhere to put the kitchen items you bring but on the table or bar. Bar had no stools but 2 chairs that a child would need to stand on if used. No storage containers so bring your own.On the positive side the sunsets from the porch are beautiful and the beach is a very short walk.We would stay here again as long as we knew improvements to property were made.For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it at this time.
