Oceanfront 3BR Turtle Cove townhome in Surf City, perfect for 7 guests.

An oceanfront end unit, "Wading For You: 908A" is located within a private community with direct beach access and community pool. Tucked away on South Shore Drive in Surf City, it is an easy walk to shopping, the pier, and restaurants.

A newly remodeled unit, 908A boasts new flooring, paint, and furniture making this unit perfect for your next vacation. Upon entering this three bedroom, three bathroom unit, directly to your left, you will find bedroom one containing two twin beds. This bedroom conveniently uses the full bathroom located in the hallway. Following through the hallway you will enter the open floor plan living.

Once you have entered the living area you will find a full kitchen stocked with all the comforts of home, bar seating and a dining area that comfortably seats six. Moving into the living area awaits new furniture, flat screen TV and access to the private oceanfront deck.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, smart tv, and en-suite bathroom. Venturing outside, this bedroom also provides a private beachfront balcony with stunning views and access to the main deck and beach.

In between the two upstairs bedrooms you will find a washer and dryer hidden away in a small closet to your right. Bedroom three has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs, the private deck provides comfortable patio furniture for relaxing outside and enjoying the ocean views. Being just a short walk across the street to the private community pool, this home is "Wading For You" to come enjoy a wonderful vacation on Topsail Island vacation.

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. This property is managed by Access Realty in Surf City, NC.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.

908A Turtle Cove

Great location and property! Love the private beach but close to dining and shopping. The pool was out of order all week, which was the only drawback.
