Please review all rules regarding pets before booking! Additionally, if you are bringing a pet, you will need to add the pet where you enter the number of guests for your reservation so the $50 pet fee is added. Pet fee will be shown in the host fees section. Failure to add your pet prior to booking will result in an additional charge being sent to you after booking.
An additional cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged to the guest for any reservation totaling 85 nights or more, including extensions to stays. Guests agree to a mandatory professional cleaning of the unit after the first 60 consecutive nights of occupancy, and every 60 nights thereafter for the duration of the stay. Fee will be sent after booking and cleaning will be scheduled during stay.

We had a great stay! The house was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating of our dog and the property has so much green space for him to explore. The property also has a dog waste trash can with bags provided. We will absolutely be booking this space again when we come back to visit family!
Everything was exceptionally clean and neat, the amenities from the full kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms to back porch and yard and even basement with a complete laundry area and cozy living room caused me have to forget several times I wasn't in my own home. They place has everything we needed for our stay including a grocery store, urgent care, fuel and lots of food places even an emergency vet if you are bringing your pet less than 7 minutes away. I also can't say enough good things about the renters they want above and beyond to make sure we received everything we needed to enjoy our stay and made sure we received our check in instructions when I didn't open my email and promptly responded to all my questions. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!!
Beautiful townhouse! The check in process was very easy, never had an issue with the code. We loved that the house was easy to locate, right off a main road and close enough to everything we needed during our family reunion. Close to a Kroger as well! The house was very clean, well stocked and spacious. Also the perfect price point for us! The washer and dryer were a big bonus that came in handy. We will definitely book here again, along with family that also came up for the reunion, as we told everyone how great it was!
The inside of the property was clean and newly remodeled. The outside of the property needs some work for sure. There was a nasty smell coming from the refrigerator. The legs on the kitchen chairs were very loose. The host was very responsive and tried to remedy the smell coming from the fridge.
