"Came in with high expectations as I’ve stayed In many other Compass resorts. This resort met all those expectations, from clean rooms, clean hallways, friendly staff, lobby was clean and had a nice fresh smell…etc"

"Horrible horrible horrible experience! Stay here if you like your card over charged and they fight you to check out. They charged my card extra for two nights stay. Female desk employee was openly belligerent!!!! This place has sticks holding open broken exit doors. I was threatened in the parking lot in broad daylight! Don’t stay here! The tub leaked the whole time so you couldn’t sleep unless you turned the fan on max and closed the bathroom door. Mold everywhere. Smelled horribly of urine and feces! Oh, and the half mile walk down unending creepy halls to get to your room will make you feel like you are in the Shining! Not Best Western, The WORST Western EVER!!! I’d give it negative stars if possible! "

"The beds were comfy! Room was clean! It rained and there was flooding outside our room so you had to step into a big puddle. The door to the balcony wouldn’t work. The pool was green. Esp compared to the hotels beside. However the breakfast was great. The lady running the breakfast was helpful, very sweet and everything was stocked. "

"Everything was wonderful!!! We booked for only 1 day then loved it there so we ended up staying an additional night. It was right on the beach. Pool chairs were very nice. Pool towels were tiny!"
