This was a great place to stay with room for several families. The heated indoor pool was nice to have on rainy days. The outdoor pool is quite large as well. The location is nice as your only 15 minutes away from most of Branson.

This beautiful house had plenty of room, everyone had a bed. I loved the bunk room, it sleeps 9... There were plenty of board games and the kids loved the arcade.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was a perfect fit for our large family, giving everyone their own space. It was very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and in a great location. Wonderful stay

Very nice and clean house. Location was perfect for playing Paynes valley golf and Big Cedar lodge area. Host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. Overall great stay.

Beautiful Home - recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The home was clean and spacious , there was a fully stocked kitchen and lots of towels and linen. From Grandparents to grandchildren everyone had their own space and were able to spread out and enjoy. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Location

The communication from the owner was excellent! The house was well equipped and had entertainment for all of us! We truly enjoyed every minute at the house! The location was right outside the noise and busy city. The main road has beautiful views!!! The house is decorated gorgeously and very modern! There is an indoor pool close by as well.

We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The property had plenty of room for our large family with three generations including grandparents (70’s), children and spouses (40’s) and grandchildren (7 to 14 years). The kids loved the two pools and the slide at the outdoor pool. The bunk bed rooms were a big hit.The owner and property manager were very responsive when we discovered the stovetop was cracked upon our arrival on a Sunday. It was replaced the next day.Clean rooms, all necessities provided, and gaming system for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Multi family stay

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for privacy and also room in the common areas to come together. The kids really enjoyed the games and gaming systems. They stayed up and played games together both nights we stayed. Our girls loved the bunk room upstairs. The younger kids also loved the close access to the outdoor pool.The property manager was great to communicate with. Even with ample checking, I still forgot something. They were great to accommodate me going back and picking my item up. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great Family Vacation House

Our family stayed for 5 days and it was great. The location is perfect to State Park Marina. The pool and splash pad were fun for kids of varying ages. The house was clean and well maintained. Everyone was comfortable and had their own personal space. The owners were wonderful to work with. We plan to stay again next year.

My Birthday Party!

I was able to host my birthday party here, and even with the cold conditions it was so wonderful to stay there. Very cozy, many accommodations, so much provided. We felt right at home. It was such a good location to host our mystery party. Absolutely lovely. Recommend 100%.

Weekend in Branson

Beautiful new build near the state park trails, the dam and the marina. The home is well stock with all the normal supplies you need for a large family gathering. Plenty of games (inside and outside) for adults and kids. The manager was great and very responsive to any texting.

A group (Church Greeting Team) from St. Louis visiting Branson to see "Queen Esther" at the Sight and Sound Theater. The house was Beautiful. So spacious. Plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the open layout and being able to come together to talk, laugh, eat and fellowship. The house was very clean. Love the look...very modern and simple. Family vacation

This house was wonderful for our family of 19. There were two bunk rooms that the teenagers shared. The kitchen was fully stocked, water pressure in the wonderful showers was great The pool and lake were an added bonus. This house is in the perfect location. Easy to get to any of the attractions but away from the busyness. The owners were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
