This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a twin size daybed with a twin size trundle bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a main-floor walk-in unit with 4 steps required.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 25 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. Cozy & cute while close to both pools.

This is our second stay with Branson Family Retreats. They are so easy to work with. They have everything you need. The homes are fixed up so cute and they are clean. Branson Cove is a really nice place and conveniently located to everything. Pineapple Bungalow is close to both pools and the pickle ball court. We will always stay at one of their homes when we visit Branson.

We loved our stay at Pineapple bungalow. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation. Place is clean and very cozy. The decor is lovely and it is also stock with pretty much anything you would need. Will definitely book again.

Pleasant stay and nice property

We were very pleased with the property in every regard. It was clean and tidy with dishes, utensils and seasonings etc. The BBQ grille was a nice touch and we used it several times. Also very close proximity to State Park Marina.

Quaint yet spacious

This space was perfect for a cozy quick trip to Branson in December. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, we appreciated the holiday decor and ample space for our 3 families. The beds were heavenly, so much so I asked the owners for the details! Owners were always readily available and checked in often. Will stay again!

Cute, clean,

Pineapple bungalow was a perfect place for our moms/daughters trip to Branson. The cottage was clean, quiet, nicely decorated, lots of extras (nice not having to bring the griddle, waffle iron and Keurig). Our group ages 90 to 34 found it was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. We would definitely rent again. Thank you Nat and Tyann

Needed a 4br. 4bath for a siblings baca.

The house was beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. Also it’s in a prime location near the indoor pool and outdoor pool and pickle ball court. Only used the gas grill once but it worked flawlessly. The hot tub was also nice after a big day of walking around Branson. Basically 15 or so minutes to all the Branson attractions. We will definitely consider it for future vacations.

Elevated Lake Vacation

This was our second time staying in Branson Cove, and it did not disappoint. This is an ideal place to stay if you plan on spending time on the lake, and it is also very close to all of the other Branson attractions. We loved that this house was spacious and clean and that all rooms have their own full bathroom. This house also had all of the extras that a lot of places don’t have. The kids also enjoyed the pools and pickle ball, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Branson area.

Property was as described. Beds slept great. Two A/C units-1 up and 1 down. Hot tub was nice. We had issues with someone parking in our spots but Nat got ahold of the correct people and they moved. This bungalow is about 15-20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do in and around Branson. We would stay there again.

Fantastic location with lots of amenities!

This was a girls trip and the coffee was welcoming along with other gifts. Only 10 minutes from the local grocer and 8 miles from Branson. This place has a hot tub with an indoor pool just outside the back and an outdoor pool out the front entrance. We cooked breakfast every morning and leisurely sipped our coffee at the bar while the long table served our game activities. This house met all of our needs and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
