You have to see it to believe it… This amazing TOP floor condo in The VIEW condo building is located on the MAIN CHANNEL of TABLE ROCK LAKE! ...Enjoy the UNOBSTRUCTED breathtaking VIEWS of the lake and the most glorious SUNSETS you have ever seen right from our private deck and great room- kitchen and family room.

This super clean family owned and managed condo is beautifully appointed and we are delighted to be able to share it's unique qualities with other lake loving families who will treat it with TLC!

The vaulted two story ceiling family room, kitchen and dinette offer PICTURESQUE views of Table Rock Lake!

The lake views we have shown here on our advertisement are ALL what you will actually see from OUR own balcony deck and through our great room windows. ...Our motto is, as long as you are coming to the lake you may as well be ON THE LAKE!

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and magnificent SUNSET DINNERS from our balcony deck, or just inside, at the big dining table next to the picture window, still with FULL VIEW of the LAKE.

This grand spacious and beautifully decorated condo offers two main floor bedrooms, both with comfortable queen size beds and each with their own attached bathroom, the master suite offers a Jacuzzi tub. The upstairs loft has a comfortable queen size bed with a roll out, lift up twin size trundle bed, and also has an attached full bath- tub/shower bathroom.

The KITCHEN is large and WELL-STOCKED with comfortable padded seating for 6 at the beautiful mango wood bar height dinette table. As well as, seating for 4 at the island. We even have a waffle maker and pancake griddle, and for coffee, a Keurig K-Duo providing both coffee options- brewing a pot of coffee or making a single serve K cup.

After the sun sets, cozy up on our super comfortable butter soft leather sectional with foot rest ottomans for everyone, and enjoy a movie on the brand new surround sound 85" flat screen smart TV! We have cable channels and free WIFI. In addition, each bedroom has it's own smart TV.

There is an outdoor pool available next to the condo, as well as the Emerald Point Clubhouse pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day (usually open until late September). If you like lake swimming or fishing, there is a path from our condo down to the water's edge.

Gas grills are available in the pool area. The kitchen also has an electric grill for your convenience.

The Branson Bay Marina is within walking distance of the condo, they offer outdoor fenced boat/trailer storage if you are bringing your own boat or jet skis.

Guests do NOT need to strip used bed SHEETS, simply leave the used beds unmade so the cleaners will know they need fresh sheets. Please simply leave any USED TOWELS hanging ON the towel HOOKS.
Please wipe down the kitchen countertops, load and START the dishwasher & remove ALL TRASH from the condo (it goes to the fenced area trash containers located on the North end of the parking lot.)

Beautiful Views and Sunsets

Great week at the lake

We had a terrific time at Table Rock, very pleased with our entire experience. The unit was clean, well stocked, and we had no issues during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others and we would love to come back.

Best view of the lake in a great condo

Our family stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful visit. The view is breathtaking. It is spacious and had great accommodations for us and our four daughters. Very accessible to the strip and downtown Branson. We are already talking about coming back.

Perfect Stay!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here to complete a perfect weekend! The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. Shawn made it so easy to enter into the complex which was nice rather than deal with entering in gate codes. The fact that there are three bedrooms with three full bathrooms was absolutely perfect for us! We would definitely come back!

Lovely condo on the lake

Peaceful lovely condo. Great view of the lake from living/dining/kitchen space and deck. Nothing fancy about the accomodations, but very clean and super comfy and welcoming. Shawn was helpful and responsive when we had problems with the entry gate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent much of our 3 days there at the condo. Would stay again.

Sight & Sound Trip #2

We thoroughly enjoyed our return visit to Branson to see the Sight & Sound production of Queen Esther. Our stay at The View was again comfortable, beautiful and enjoyable. We ate at Danna’s Barbecue, Fuel & the Hungry Hunter and this time also tried Carly’s Healthy Cuisine - all were worth a return visit. Spent a beautiful day on Table Rock Lake renting a pontoon from State Park Marina. Hope to get to come again. Shawn is a wonderful host to work with and made our stay super easy.

Beautiful Views, Relaxing Space

We found the listing to be spot on to our experience - incredible views, good proximity to all things in Branson (if that's your thing), spacious, clean accommodations. Host was very responsive and instructions for access and property amenities were clearly stated. Though you had to navigate a set of fairly steep stairs to access the elevator, having the elevator and the shopping cart was a god-send as the condo was on the top floor of The View - making for the incredible views!

The view truly is gorgeous!

We loved the property. We could not get enough of the view of the lake and countryside! It was a short walk down to the lake were hiking was great and swimming was fun for the grandkids. The kitchen is so well-stocked there was hardly room for the food we brought. 😊 The condo was immaculate! We took advantage of some boat rentals at the nearby state park marina which was very handy. Was so glad to see an elevator and carts to carry things up and down. Super vacation stay!

Great stay, great location

We were looking for a place with an amazing Lake view, to be outside of town but close enough to take advantage of Branson’s activities, close to outdoor activities offered through Cabela’s (top of the rock, Dogwood Canyon, etc) as well as a trip to Eureka Springs. This place met all of the needs for our family, our kids range in age from 11-20, so we needed a mix of options close by! When we had a few unforeseen glitches at check in, the owners were quick to respond and fix things, & checked in again a bit later to make sure everything was still going as they had wished. We were able to fit in all the adventures we had hoped during our trip, and be back in time for a few sunsets and for our son to spend a lot of time skipping rocks on the shore since it was too early in the season to be on the lake! Very clean, well taken care of, spent every evening at the high top table playing games and could still see the lake while doing so - met our needs completely!

Best views!

So this condo is beautiful and immaculate! The views alone are reason to book. There are trails leading down to the lake on either side of the building. One with stairs, one without. I preferred without, it was less steep. The pool is really close by so that was great for the kids. We spent time watching the boats and kayakers go by from the huge picture window in the dining room. There were only a couple issues, no ice/water from the freezer. And the 2nd bedroom shower was not draining well. Not a huge deal but just slight inconveniences. The owner was made aware and was going to fix those issues. Also the dining room, counter seats and outside furniture are bar height. Not great to spend a lot of time sitting in but thats just personal preference. She does provide 2 regular height chairs on the patio so that was nice. The owner was easy to reach and made everything from booking to check in a breeze. The gated community is beautiful and easy to reach. Book a stay here, youll love it!

Wonderful top floor end unit. Clean, spacious and comfortable - exactly as depicted in the photos. The large, well-stocked kitchen made it easy to put together meals. The view is fabulous - we spent a lot of time on the deck watching wildlife, boaters and the Branson Belle. Very quiet and relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

This really is the BEST view of Table Rock Lake. Sunsets and moon views were amazing. Expansive views of the center of lake. Security onto gated property is like Fort Knox, which made us feel very safe. This property has distance from the tourists area's of Branson; also a good thing. Would definitely recommend a stay to seniors (like us) who need elevator access. All amenities were as advertised.
