Beautiful, two bedroom, two bath penthouse condominium with large (9' x 25') glass enclosed seating area and cathedral ceilings overlooking beautiful Table Rock Lake. The unit was remodeled in 2016 including master bath with jacuzzi tub, tile surround with dual vanities, and new flooring throughout. New appliances installed in 2017 - a true beauty right on Table Rock Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular sunrise views of the lake from the enclosed 3 seasons room.

Spend your time playing, fishing, and relaxing on Table Rock Lake or make the short five minute drive to Branson to take in a show. The marina is footsteps from the condo and available for boat and jet ski rental as well as boat slips/storage while you visit. Close to the Branson Strip, Silver Dollar City, State Park Marina, wonderful restaurants and all of the attractions Branson has to offer!

Nice stay!

Beautiful View!

We didn't spend alot of time there, but I loved my view having coffee every morning. It was clean, beds were comfortable, easy directions for getting in the gated community. Loved our stay!

Table Rock Lake

Very clean affordable place to stay on the lake. Has everything you need and a stones throw to the lake. Bring your boat and family and enjoy lake life. Teresa was very quick to reply with any questions we had.

The rental was accurate to the listing. Clean, plenty of room, smart tv was a +, easy access, and a great view from the porch. Extra quiet, easy parking. Will book again.

Beautiful location

Lake view with plenty of room. Condo Is equipped with everything you need including some floats and fishing stuff. The pull out couch plus the pull out oversized chair is really helpful when you have more than one kid. The master bathroom is beautiful with a large jacuzzi tub!

Nice Property and Beautiful Location

Condo was great! Clean, spacious, quiet, and beautiful with a (slightly obstructed) view of the lake. My only complaint would be the gate access. Long lines of cars trying to get gate access, the one-time access codes texts sometimes took a long time to come through (one was a couple of hours) and gate guard ALWAYS had trouble finding our reservation.

Quiet Relaxing Getaway

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view, though limited was good enough. We really enjoyed the four season porch and spent each morning and evening there with coffee or tea overlooking the scenery. The community was so quiet and peaceful it was easy to relax without any disturbances. The entire community was neatly groomed and very clean. Travel to Hollister and Branson was extremely easy and having Lost Canyon Cave and Bear Creek Lodge nearby was awesome. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely and quiet

We really loved this space. Plenty of room and nice kitchen amenities. Comfortable beds and very clean. Our only thing that didn't seem "as advertised" was the view. There is a huge garage blocking part of the view from the porch, though you cab still see the lake from about 3/4 of every back door. It wasn't really a problem but it's just different than I expected. The Landlord is great at communication and the check-in and checkout process is simple! It is also very easy to get to Branson!! We really enjoyed being there!

comfortable condo

The condo was clean and comfortable. We did have 'check-in' issues as the gate code we were given had expired. The phone system at the front gate required information that we did not have handy. i.e. the name of the person we were visiting! On the third day, we contacted someone by phone. She asked that we send a picture of our license plate, then the automatic reader would let us in. That worked perfectly but could have been done before we arrived in the first place.The door code on the condo worked most of the time with some difficulty but we eventually left it unlocked during the day. The storm door lock from the inside was also broken. Its handle fell off.The handle on the microwave is loose at the bottom but still worked.In spite of these minor aggravations, we still enjoyed out time there.
