"Our one night stay was flawless. Because we were in Santa Cruz for the day we had a late check in with zero problems. Our boys went swimming in the indoor pool which they thoroughly enjoyed. The room was very clean my only complaint was the room above us. They were walking n jumping around in the middle of the night. It finally stopped about 1:30am. Enjoyed their complimentary breakfast in the morning before heading out. I would definitely stay there again."

"The Hollister Inn is a basic three-star motel, and the experience was pretty much what I expected for the price and type of property. It isn’t luxurious or fancy, but it provided what we needed for our stay. The room amenities were actually quite nice. The microwave was newer and worked well, the refrigerator kept everything perfectly cold, and the air conditioner cranked out plenty of cold air, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. I’ve stayed at hotels on the Las Vegas Strip that cost considerably more and didn’t even include a refrigerator or microwave, so having both here was a definite plus. Overall, this is a straightforward, no-frills motel. As long as you arrive with realistic expectations and aren’t looking for an upscale hotel experience, it gets the job done."
