My 2nd time visiting this hotel. The service is still impeccable on every aspects. My favorite is the spa facility with a view that’s quite unique at the open outdoor area.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room.
