"We stayed overnight one night on a trip through the area. There was confusion about checking in since we weren’t given check in info ahead and no one was at the place. There was a note and luckily the front door was unlocked so it worked out. Rooms are very nice, done in antique furnishings. Breakfast was good. The manager said she didn’t know about our dogs but we booked through Expedia and I made it known on the reservation and also selected a pet friendly room so not sure what more I could have done. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything."

"I’m an older single traveler and I was looking to enjoy the pool, the scenery, and an opportunity to kick back and do some reading. This property was absolutely perfect for that! The cottage was exactly as described, with everything you would need for a very relaxing stay in a bucolic spot - plus a great pool! Also on the expansive and beautiful property are a number of rescue dogs - sweet-tempered, beautiful and healthy, and very much loved. It was my hope - and my choice - to interact with them, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this property both for individuals and for families. I hope and plan to come again!"

"I give this cabin a five-star rating! It was incredibly cozy, spotless, and made me feel right at home. Communication with the owner was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay here again!"
