Our 3 bedroom unit has its own private balcony as well as an open floor plan with beautiful views overlooking the marina and Lake Macatawa. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has a king size bed with an attached room with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV and an attached bath. The unit also has a laundry room, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances.

Located on the North side of Lake Macatawa, This unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. This unit has lake views and is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo’s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks!

Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September.

Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

Check-in time is 3pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate large groups or family reunions in The Staterooms, however Yacht Basin Conference Center (on property) can be rented with seating up to 300.

Second year staying here. Just love it. Check in is so easy and communication prior to stay is great. The condo is so spacious and has everything you need. Love sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go in and out. The kids absolutely love the pool. Close to the beach!

Great stay

The condo was great. Elevator and luggage cart were clutch for all of our stuff and my older parents. Great balcony views of the marina. Huge open floor plan, even bigger in person. Great that every bedroom has own bathroom. Great pool and playground for the kids. I would recommend this condo to anyone, especially large groups. Only criticism is that the balcony and chairs could use a deep cleaning and spray for bugs every so often. A lot of huge spiders had made their permanent home there.

Absolutely loved our accommodations and property! Our family consisted of my husband and our 4 grandkids and their parents. The rooms were perfect and accommodated everyone comfortably. Everything we needed was supplied and the Harch sold anything we need. We enjoyed sitting on the balconey and watching boats going out and coming in. Will definitely return again!

Awesome rental experience... perfect size, accomodations, and location for our family weekend ... everything was clean, exactly as called out in the listing, plus they even took time to add little details and go above and beyond (such as the gift basket waiting for us which was much appreciated). Overall we were very impressed and had a great stay at the Statesroom! Thank You!

Awesome family vacation

We wanted a place for our kids and grandkids plus my parents. This was perfect. So much space and so clean. All amenities included that we needed. Kids loved the pool and playground . We used the gas grills too which were great. Location was perfect. Plus the balcony was great for morning coffee and in the evening to watch the sunset. Can’t wait to come back.

A wonderful family vacation

We, all ages, enjoyed the accommodations with the pool and being located close to downtown Holland as well as Holland State Park Beach! The kids enjoyed jet skiing, building sand castles, hiking the dunes, and ice cream! Such a great time!

Great place for large group

place was really clean. open concept great for large group, we had 12 people and we were all comfortable. The view onto the harbor was super nice to sip our morning coffee. I would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful, spacious apartment for 2 families.

We had a wonderful stay in the Staterooms. The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable. So rare to find a rental with a bathroom in each bedroom! Convenient location for visiting our niece at Hope College, going to downtown Holland, and visiting Lake Michigan.

Great condo in fab location

Beautiful marina view. Nice amenities are pool, small market, playground and bar. Almost everything you could need to enjoy your vacation is on the property. We did need some extra linens our fault for not checking ahead of time. Otherwise we’ll stocked. Large balcony with plenty of seating is a big plus. Would stay again!

Awesome location, excellent accommodations and lovely view of the marina

We loved Yachts basin. The place is perfect for three couples or two couples and a family of four. We had plenty of room with just four of us. The kitchen is large and accommodates a larger party. Everyone at Yachts basin is so accommodating and the pool is a great plus, as is a boat slip if you rent a boat for a couple days, which we did and highly recommend. The walk to the state park is great power walking exercise and the drive to South Haven, Sagautuk or Grand Haven is an easy 30 minutes each way. We had a wonderful time and would come back again!

Spacious Property

We had an enjoyable stay at the Staterooms. Our condo was very spacious (perfect for 6 adults and 2 toddlers) and we had great view off of our balcony into the Marina. This was our 5th visit to Holland and first time staying here. The location to beaches, shopping, food etc was great. The only reason for a 4 star versus 5 star is that we picked this condo because of the heated pool. The first few days we were there the water was uncomfortably warm and neither the kids nor adults wanted to swim in it. Since the weather was quite warm, by the time we were leaving the pool was at least warm enough to enjoy. The condo itself was well equipped and for the most part, extremely clean. The shower curtains had pink mold on the bottom and that is honestly the only thing I could complain about in terms of cleanliness. Overall, our family very much enjoyed our 1 week stay and look forward to visiting Holland again next year.

Great family getaway spot!

This was a great place to stay with our family for a long weekend in Holland. The pool was so fun for our little ones, and we loved that it’s a short drive to the beach. The condo was very clean! We loved having coffee out on the balcony overlooking the marina in the mornings. The owners were communicative & check in/out was a breeze. We really appreciated that they had a pack and play available to borrow - one less thing for us to pack!
