- Summer Special!!! No Cleaning Fee June, July, and August.....Get the privacy you deserve, no sharing this property, it's all yours! Cozy single house with a big feel. This house has a very large, beautiful bathroom, a full kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, a dining area complete with a chandelier, a living room with an electric fireplace and flat screen tv, internet, and cable. Queen-sized Murphy bed with Linens included. There is a privacy-fenced yard complete with screen patio and furniture for morning coffee or evening dinners, and relaxing on a lazy day. You can't beat the location, close to the beaches. Dunedin Beach and downtown Dunedin are a short 15-minute drive. Downtown New Port Richey is a 5-minute drive, and Tarpon Springs (Sponge Docks, Restaurants, Nightlife) is 5 minutes away. You will literally be in the middle of everything.
I have also included a binder with some of my favorite restaurants and take-out places for your convenience.
This is a great place to relax and get away from the stress of your everyday life.
