This unit is very clean and centrally located to great restaurants, stores and for our trip right down the road from rte68.
The owners are amazing at communicating and very accommodating.
We would definitely return here if back up this way.
When we sold our condo, we needed a short term place to stay so we could finish emptying and cleaning … before moving to our next home. This place was perfect. Pretty, clean, easy access, fresh paint, comfortable, with a good shower. Thank you, thank you!
All essentials supplied. Very accurate description of property. Excess amount of charging ports which are incredible when traveling with family. Even though home is situated on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet. Loved the light on faucet!! Super clean home with attention to detail.
Had a great stay on Main St. Location is great. We had a few questions for owners while we were there and they responded to us extremely quickly and helpfully. Weather was extremely cold but house was very cosy and warm.
Excellent communication with owners. Unit as described. Very clean and well appointed. The only thing we would have liked was an iron and ironing board; however, a steamer was available. Thank you for a lovely stay!
My fiancé and I stayed here when we came to MA for a wedding- we wanted something quite away from the craziness of the weekend events. It was a nicely set up home, cleanliness was good. Some of the renovations done, maybe could have been better quality, but overall a clean and nice experience! The check in, check out process was simple and easy to follow!
Rental unit was very clean and had the bare necessities that we needed. Great communication with seller and location was central to all we had planned. 90 minutes to Salem, Plymouth, and NH. The only caveat I would provide to potential renters is if you are a very light sleeper, this property probably isn't for you as it's on a busy highway. It is also a town home with one other unit which is clearly stated in the description. Unfortunately for us, we had loud neighbors our last two nights there. But if you are a night owl, or live someplace with a lot of traffic and are used to this, you should be fine!
The duplex house is nice. We initially thought it was set back a bit further from the busy road, but we got used to the traffic flow. The owners have made the space comfortable with modern appointments. I only wish I had known about the K-cup-only coffee maker as I brought my own ground coffee. The second floor was nice with two bedrooms and a master bath. The King bed in the master was very comfortable. Would have preferred a different vent location, but I do understand it was a cape cod-style home. My favorite part was that the Roku-managed TV system was set up to accommodate guest’s separate streaming devices. It accommodated my Apple TV, so I was happy. Kitchen was good. Gas stove was great. Maybe a smaller pan added, if possible. The owners were nice enough to address our concerns about the powerful A/C and helped us to make adjustments for comfort. They were very attentive. The house met our needs.
