"Værelse nr. 2: Yderst ubehagelig kælderlugt, og vægge, skab, badeværelse, sengebord var synligt præget af fugt. Sengen var med fjedremadras, som knagede ved bevægelse. Lagenet var blot lagt løst over sengene og gik helt til gulv. Skraldespand var en revnet gulvspand. Loft-/væglampe med døde insekter indeni. Store jagtedderkopper, tilsyneladende med bopæl bag sengepanelet (som efterlod et hulrum ved fodpanelet) og bag døren i badeværelset. Kun 2 badehåndklæder, ingen til håndvask eller gulv....
