"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. "

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor. Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really...

"We had an incredible stay celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The house was even better than expected and had everything we could need. Communication with the hosts was easy and always speedy. There were lots of games to play on site, and with the weather being lovely we were able to make the most of the tennis and even a rounders set that was provided. Would recommend to anyone!"

"This BnB was absolutely beautiful modern, clean, and incredibly spacious. The interior design was stylish and thoughtfully done, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. "It was a pleasure to stay at the White Hart. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to be helpful. We had coffees and also a lunch, whilst staying there. Both were excellent and not over-priced. The hotel is old but oozes old-world charm. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is right in the centre of town. The hotel is by the river (the Witham, maybe?) with the magnificent Boston Stump (St Botolph's Church Tower) across the river. Being old, the hotel layout is 'interesting' but characterful. It was quite a fair walk to our room, back and forth and up several sets of stairs but the room was clean and modern, as was the bathroom. We would definitely consider staying there again."
