全体的に古臭い。部屋にクモの巣と2匹のクモがいた。浴衣を着ようとしたら大きな洗濯ゴミが挟まったままだった。売店はお土産品がほとんどだった。食事はとても美味しくてスタッフの方々のサービスがとても行き届いていて良かった。

宿泊代はメルキュールにしては格安だが、食事施設がビュッフェしかなく、子供連れなどの対応には難しい。でも、12階のウエルカムドリンク、夜のナイトキャップ用の開放はとても良いと思います。但し、夜の部はこどもは入場できないようにすることをしないと、本来の意味が失われてしまいます。また、無料だからと部屋に大量に持ち帰るような客がいるのは如何なものか？ホテルの品位を落としているように感じます。夏休みだから仕方ない部分はあるでしょうが。
