This beautiful holiday home, built in 2007, features an indoor spa and sauna and is located just 550 metres from Tengslemark Beach on Sejerø Bay. The wide, family-friendly beach stretches for miles with soft sand and dunes as far as the eye can see.



With 117 m² of living space, vaulted ceilings throughout most of the house and large windows, the property feels spacious, bright and airy. The generous windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the rooms.



The house offers a welcoming open-plan kitchen and dining area connected to the living room, creating a comfortable space for spending time together. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed for two guests. The two bathrooms both include a shower and underfloor heating. The larger bathroom also features a spa bath, sauna and washing machine.



The house is heated efficiently by an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. A wood-burning stove provides extra warmth and a cosy atmosphere during cooler evenings. Electric underfloor heating is also installed in the living room, kitchen, hallway and entrance.



Outside, the wooden terrace and lovely garden invite you to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The covered part of the terrace provides shade and shelter, making it a perfect place to spend long summer evenings outdoors.

The holiday home is situated in a peaceful holiday area by Sejerø Bay, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The area offers excellent opportunities for walking, cycling and water sports, while anglers will find great fishing spots at both Sjællands Odde and the Isefjord. The nearest supermarket is only 2,650 metres away.



The charming towns of Nykøbing Sjælland and Rørvig are just a short drive away, offering cafés, restaurants, shops and lively harbours with a wonderful summer atmosphere. Be sure to visit Havnebyen on Sjællands Odde to experience its rugged coastal landscape. Families with children will enjoy a day at Sommerland Sjælland amusement park, while Anneberg Culture Park offers a wide range of cultural experiences. From here, you can also take a day trip to Copenhagen or catch the ferry to Aarhus to explore the many attractions of Denmark's vibrant cities.
