Gepflegtes Hotel am Strand

Das Hotel ist hübsch eingerichtet und liegt direkt am Strand, Blick vom großen Balkon auf das Meer und Hotelparkplätze bequem hinterm Haus. Das freundliche Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Speisen im Hotelrestaurant waren schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Bei Anreise kann man sich noch für Halbpension entscheiden. Praktisch bei Reisen mit Kind die Miniküche im Zimmer. Sehr hübsch auch der Wellnessbereich mit Pool, wenn das Wetter einmal nicht mitspielt. Kurz: Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und unbedingt eine Empfehlung zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Leider war die Rezeptionistin eher unfreundlich Man hat sich nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Ebenso würde ich das Hotel nicht als Wellness Hotel bezeichnen. Grund: Meiner Erfahrung nach (meist im Süddeutschen Bereich sowie Österreich) Bieten Wellness Hotels einen weit höheren Standard. Die Nutzung der Sauna und des Dampfbades kostet extra, dass kenne ich so nicht. Die Sauberkeit der Suiten ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung Jedoch sollte der Duschkopf mal entkalkt werden und die Dichtungen der Dusche müssen dringend erneuert oder mindestens ordentlich geputzt werden. Die Einrichtung ist eher lieblos und wirkt zusammengewürfelt. Das inkludierte Frühstücksbüffet war für mich absolut ausreichend. Die Auswahl kann zwar auch hier größer sein, aber man findet auf jedenfall genug um lecker satt zu werden. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, sehr ruhig und mit tollem Blick aufs Wasser. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in ordnung, wiederkommen werden wir aber eher nicht. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sollte angepasst werden

Lage Top, aber das ist nicht alles was zählt

Da wir gerne etwas mehr Platz im Zimmer mögen, haben wir als Familie mit einem 3 jährigen Kind die Juniorsuite gebucht. Leider wurde das Hotel und insbesondere das Zimmer umseren Erwartungen nicht gerecht. Das Zimmer war so unglücklich geschnitten,dass das Kinderbett in der Küche aufgestellt werden musste und man im Schlafzimmer beim Bettseite Wechseln den Raum verlassen und auf der anderen Seite wieder betreten musste- oder halt direkt übers Bett steigen. Bett hatte 2 Einzelmatratzen. Das Bad konnte aufgrund der Raumenge immer nur von einer Person genutzt werden. Der Service des Personals war von kühl bis bemüht. Die Krönung war dann, als wir beim Frühstück gefragt wurden ob wir denn einen Zimmerservice benötigen würden (Betten aufschütteln und Bad reinigen)- diese Frage geht in der Sternekategorie absolut nicht! Abendessen gibt es nur auf Vorbestellung und Menüwahl beim Frühstück. Fazit: die Lage ist top,das Hotel kann leider nicht weiterempfohlen werden.
