Room & especially the bathroom more suited to an accommodation within Hobbiton. Had to use both sink & shower to brush teeth. Location for views excellent. Walls are wafer thin, so if neighbours are noisy/ having an amorous evening , then expect to try to compete or turn the telly up.

The room was very clean. We were very impressed with the whole property. Native planting around each cottage is beautiful. Our cottage was very sunny. One of the best places we’ve stayed in. Great value for money.

The room was okay. Clean. Comveniently located. Not particularly nice. Out the front window you see your car (although we were carrying bikes and were able to back them under the car port). Out the back window you see the back if another motel. Black mold around the bathroom windows. The bed was bouncy. Olay place to spend a night in transit but there are nicer choices in Fox Glacier area.
