"This property is in a very picturesque location right on the water. Many people have weddings here and I can see why. The rooms were spacious and modern with a large bathroom/shower. The breakfast was great with a large selection of lunch meats, cheeses, eggs, breads coffees and teas. "

"I was there for the Rosenheim Music Festival and the location was perfect. It was about a 10 minute walk to the outdoor facility where the concerts were held. There were tons of dining and shopping options within walking distance of this modern hotel. It was perfectly situated near the heart of the city. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely return!"

You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to the ferry to Frauen and Herren Chiemsee. Loved that they had a huge parking area. Never had to worry about not having parking space. "Nice staff, good breakfast and ok pool. They mismanaged (“hey we have extra money due technical incomptence, let’s not try to find where it should be placed and annoy a guest”) our pre-payment trough Expedia which took a long time to rectify, beds are dry hard, parking was horrible (very busy)."

"Nice mountain hotel directly by the ski slope. I really like the breakfast and sauna zone. There was no air condition in the room, couple in the next room were sitting on their balcony and smoking all-day-long, so we could not have our window open because of the smoke. And without the air condition there was no way to bring air into the room, so it was hot and vitiated air."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Morning breakfast buffet was terrific. Plentiful and interesting. Nice beer garden to have lunch. Serve a great local beer. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our very limited German. Limited # of parking spaces, but some nearby if you stay out late and none are left when you return."
