"It is a very nice and relaxing hotel, located close to the sea. The surrounding area is beautiful and offers easy access to hiking, cycling, and many other outdoor activities. The team is very friendly and attentive, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Few things to improve: The breakfast could have a wider variety. The natural swimming pool, however, was not very inviting and could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. I was also expecting a five-star hotel to have a fitness room, so I was a little disappointed that this facility was not available"

"Extremely convenient situation in central Wismar. Excellent restaurant. Unfortunately, no A/C. Limited parking. Parkhaus within walking distance; luggage can be loaded and unloaded in front of hotel. Parkhaus €12 per day."

"When I first arrived , I was a bit spooked because I had paid a high price for something akin to a Premier Inn/Campanile type hotel. I did buy into the concept but did so miss tea/coffee making facilities and a balcony. One I had settled , I loved the place and found the staff exceptional. What bowled me over was the spa and pools . Wow!! Absolutely second to none. The bar was very good drinkswise and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful ( particularly Bastien and Sami) The bar food was OK but lacked a bit of variety. If you did not want Pizza , there was very little else. The breakfast did not vary much . One day there were sausages , next day there were none. Needed a sports threrapy massage for my arthritic knees , and was asssured by a Manager and and a member of staff at the Nivea House that I could get one . I did feel very short changed by what was actually provided . Would stay again? Definitely - if only for the amazing spa"
