Holiday Home 'Peene Hus' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Peene Hus: Our new project in Klein Köthel is now completely renovated. The cottage is situated on a large meadow very close to the Köthel stream, also called the small Peene.

The old barn of the kate has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area. In the living room there is a large table, a cosy sofa next to the fireplace and direct access to the terrace and the garden. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A high chair is also available.

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue.

Guests can walk the dog undisturbed in the nearby Nienhägener forest. Moreover, Mecklenburg Switzerland can be explored on special hiking trails and special bike tours, such as the ice age route. Klein Köthel is about 6 km away from Forsthof Nienhagen.

Holiday with horse is possible for an extra fee.

Firewood for the fireplace is available against a donation for Güstrower Werkstätten.

A parking space is available on the property.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels.
