Wie hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier in Höxter. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer top Lage um sich die Stadt wie auch das Umland anzusehen. Für den normalen Haushalt ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet. Sie war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel für an- und Abreise war unkompliziert und einfach. Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parken ist auf der Straße in der Nähe möglich.Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn es uns noch einmal in die Gegend verschlägt. Danke.

Perfektes Ferienhaus!!Wie bereits in den Jahren 2023,2024 ist diese Unterkunft unsere erste Wahl in Höxter. Sie ist sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend und außerordentlich liebenswürdig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nachdem wir wunderbar in Empfang genommen wurden, haben wir nach ausgiebigen Motorradtouren die Ruhe des sehr gut ausgestatteten Häuschens genossen. Alles perfekt, sehr nette Vermieter, sehr zu empfehlen, Danke für die schöne Zeit dort.

Es war eine super schöne und ruhige Zeit Vorort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wenn man wieder nach Höxter fährt ist das die erste Adresse.

Schöne Unterkunft in idelaer Lage

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche über Silvester in Höxter und haben dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ein perfekt eingerichtetes, sauberes und gemütliches Haus vorgefunden. Check-In und Check-Out haben problemlos geklappt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch ist das Zentrum fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

5-tägiger Aktivurlaub in Höxter

Die Wohnung ist super sauber, alles sehr neuwertig renoviert, möbliert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert. Auch die gewählten Farben der Räume waren sehr "cosy". Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ich hatte mein eigenes dünnes Kissen dabei und gut geschlafen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind u.a. mit jeweils einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, wobei das Doppelbett in einem der Zimmer ein ziemlich breites "Gräbchen" hat (baubedingt). Bei der Küchenausstattung haben wir einen Eierpieker und einen elektrischen Mixer vermisst. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, wenn Wohnzimmer und Essbereich über einen Durchbruch zusammengelegt wären. Das ist natürlich jammern auf hohen Niveau. Die ruhige Terrasse konnten wir wegen des durchwachsenen Wetters leider kaum nutzen. Aber insgesamt war auch der neuwertige Außenbereich mit dem Garten, Pflanzen und den Bienenstöcken sehr schön anzusehen. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt im Haus nebenan, sind sehr nett und bei Bedarf hätten wir uns direkt an sie wenden können.

Weserradweg

Wir haben es einfach perfekt angetroffen. Das Haus super sauber und gepflegt 👍 Für Radfahrer, die Umgebung einfach traumhaft. Im Ort abends Essen gehen auch kein Problem. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an tollen Restaurants. Für uns war es ein wunderbares langes Wochenende. Gerne wieder.

Modernes Ferienhaus in Toplage, perfekt für Familie mit größeren Kindern.

Ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage in einem sehr sauberen und sehr gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Check-In flexibel, sehr nette Vermieterin. Einziges Manko: Die Kopfkissen waren sehr dick, hier hätte ich gerne mein eigenes dünneres Kissen dabei gehabt.

Eine sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll und praktikabel Eingerichtet. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alle notwenigen Accessoires des täglichen Lebens waren vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder!
