Views from hotel amazing ,property clean and rooms are good. Spa was not really a spa as a small gym and sauna in basement next to laundry room and a small cramped indoor pool . Best hotel in Croatia. The family that operates it are very kind and professional, and the staff reflect this sentiment aswell. Sipan is a very special place. The island is lucky to have this little hotel perched along its cliffs. I will be back soon.

Clean room and bathroom. I really appreciated the breakfast being delivered to our room. Right in the heart of Ston so we were able to wake up and climb the wall first thing in the morning! Parking was also included in the price which was amazing!!!
