Offering access to the trails from the property without trailering to the trailhead. 4 king beds with en-suite bath with the ability to sleep 4 more on 2 KING size sofa beds! Trails? We have access to all of them: hiking biking horseback dirt bike OHV Bronco 4wheel drive sxs ATV UTV and hundreds of miles of Forrest service roads and 1000’s of acres of National Forrest public use area less than 1/2 mile from property. This property is located in a gated lane with other short term rentals.

Excellent/clean property, great communication with host. One thing to note is that the house entrance is up a flight of stairs, if you have any guests that may have trouble with stairs. Would recommend host install bath towel hooks in bathrooms or bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Incredible place to stay! The owners went the extra mile to offer newer, more modern conveniences and appliances that make this place a home away from home. Lots of room overall, nice bathrooms, and a great game room. Will definitely book again!

The cabin was beautiful! Had all the amenities that you need. Owner was fantastic and answered all the questions that I had. I would definitely stay again. We had 13 with us and it housed everyone comfortably.

Double Barrel Company Retreat @ Riders Roost

Owners have done an amazing job to ensure for a fantastic stay. All the amenities, space galore and the game room downstairs, is a huge bonus. This is THE perfect location to access the trails with plenty of parking for large trailers and SXS’s. Our crew had a phenomenal time on the trails with plenty of hours hanging out in the game room. Highly recommend the Riders Roost.

Booked for a short getaway

Great property located close to the trails we were hoping to explore. Got to check out the Blue hole and the fire tower during our stay. We were able to unload our ATV and drive straight to the trails from the property. The property itself was new construction and has the coolest mirrored divider wall ever. The owners were super helpful during our stay. It is located in a cool neighborhood near a creek.

Amazing place!

Amazing place is an understatement! It had everything anyone would need and more for a great getaway! We had the best of time visiting and cooking in the huge, fully equipped kitchen that had room for everyone in a very large group! Fire pit and game room was such a fun bonus too! Biggest plus for us was every bedroom had its own full bathroom and king bed! That is a unicorn on its own! Couldn’t recommend this enough! The hosts thought of everything and we will be back! Thank you again for making some very picky people over the moon happy!

Booked to Ride ATVs

Great place to stay to ride ATV's. We parked our trailer, unloaded, and road for days straight from the property. The cabin is great for two families as it has separate kitchens for each family but in the same area. So each family can have their own refrigerator, oven, and sink. It works great for cooking large meals or multiple items. Plus each room has its own bathroom. The owners were great and answered all our questions. The property was very clean and brand new.

Perfect for a family gathering

Our 3 children and their families met us there for Thanksgiving. Each of us drove 3 hours but from 3 different directions and 2 different states. All agreed it was the best family time ever. Away from any commercialism - no restaurants, no costly activities. We visited, ate and played together. The game room was perfect for a family ping pong tournament - every one played. From 66 years down to 5. The fire pit was a cozy place to get out for a bit and the long bar in the kitchen perfect for huge meals. I highly recommend and hope we can return next year.

Perfect for the Eclipse

This was a last minute booking for my family to watch the eclipse. We had ages from 70s to younger children and all were pleasant with this booking. It is upstairs only so if traveling with older family members keep that in mind. Kitchen was well stocked. My kids enjoyed playing with the cards that were in the home. Having access to laundry is always handy!! All rooms having a on suite bath made everyone more comfortable. Loved the fire pit and making smores one night. Great location to explore the National Forest and other local attractions. The eclipse snacks left by the host was such a great touch! Would happily stay at one of this hosts homes again!!
