Comfortable, affordable, clean, central, reasonably quiet. Liked our stay here and would happily stay again. It’s in a busy area but the hotel itself is quiet thanks to decent windows. The restaurant in the hotel is also very tasty and affordable. The staff are nice and accommodating.

Clean, efficient, helpdful staff.
Carpets could be better as some other comments noted. I'd urge their decorator to get rid of them. Delhi's climate doesn't need them.

Rather loud piped music. No hot water… was told repeatedly all days to run the water for sometime. When that didnt work after 30 mins, mgmt said they had to let the water thru. That worked… for one shower. Every day.
