"Large spacious comfortable apartment within a 5 minute walk of the town centre. Very well set up to self cater with great views of the mountains. Quiet location. Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "Really nice hotel and well organized. We arrived past checkin hours but were given a code to enter the hotel and found our room key at the front desk. The room but clean and super spacious and in the morning we were greeted by a very polite lady at reception. "This is an excellent hotel. It is well positioned in the centre of Seefeld and it has excellent spa facilities although me and my wife being very reserved English nationals found it a shock and very humiliating to be told by a member of staff whilst in a crowded sauna that wearing swimwear was not allowed and only total nudity was permitted. We appreciate that rules are rules but that was not a requirement we had been made aware of prior to booking and for a couple who have also undergone quite disfiguring surgery, it was a major embarrassment and disappointment. That said the staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful and despite the aforementioned problem we had a wonderfully relaxing stay in a very beautiful Austrian town."
