"Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen bei Franz auf dem Hof verbracht. Die Aussicht war wunderbar, Essen an der frischen Luft ist immer schön und Franz hat sich wirklich gut gesorgt. Ein Baum auf der Straße nach heftigem Unwetter, kein Problem Franz löst das schnell und war immer ansprechbar. "Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

"We had a great holiday at this beautiful property. The surroundings are amazing and the apartment is clean, spacious and has everything that you could possibly need and more. "Eine schöne große Wohnung, die sehr persönlich wirkt und in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Es ist alles da was man so im Urlaub braucht. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und die Fenster lassen sich verdunkeln. Unser Highlight war die wundervolle Terasse mit Markise und der Blick ins Grüne. Rene war entgegenkommend und sehr freundlich, der ganze Ablauf stressfrei. Es war eine gute Wahl!"

"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. "Awesome views of a gorgeous city! This property is centrally located to great restaurants, a grocery store, and all of the best attractions Graz has to offer. The flat is a great size, plenty of room for everyone! The rooms are spacious and open and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were incredibly nice, I was suffering from horrible jet lag/lack of sleep and they allowed me to sleep in. They even opened up the sauna at 2am to help relax me for bed.
