This was a ski trip, so I chose this hotel because it has in&out skiing. You literally walk out the back, and ski onto the run. A little trickier coming back at the end of the day. You have to take the lift (19 I think) above it, and then ski down a very steep run to get to the back of the hotel. ...

The Crystal VAYA Unique
Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday.
