As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. "The personal attention and detail to the customer experience was superb. The staff was very friendly and caring, kind and easily approachable. The rooms were clean, functional and spacious. The accommodation process was easy and simple. The food choice and option, both for dinner and breakfast were carefully catered. Ratio of charge for service was very fair and optimal. "
